Try this:  Huge salad (a mix of your favorite veggies), no meat, oil-free dressing (balsamic vinegar, salsa, pico de gallo).  The fat you eat is the fat you wear.  The fat I’m wearing doesn’t look too fashionable, so I’m cutting out avocado, nuts, and oil, until I start to see muscle again.
